Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, photographs, colours and packaging are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens and production batches may vary. Availability, sizes, quantities, prices, taxes, delivery charges and promotions may change. The information shown at checkout will control the order when checkout is activated.

Submitting an order will be an offer to purchase. An order will be accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, as specified during checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, quantity limits apply or the order would breach applicable law. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the applicable refund process will be followed.

Account and billing information

When account and payment services become available, you must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Returns, refunds, shipping and delivery will be governed by the policies displayed on this website and during checkout at the time of purchase. Those policies will form part of these terms. No transactional promise is made by the present preview experience.

The Healinz name, branding, text, design, photographs, illustrations and other website materials belong to R.S. Fragrances or are used with permission. You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or exploit website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Personal information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Until data-collecting account and checkout services are activated, do not submit sensitive personal, medical or payment information through any general enquiry channel.

Feedback and user submissions

You remain responsible for content you send to us. It must be accurate, lawful, respectful and must not infringe another person’s rights or contain harmful code. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you permit R.S. Fragrances to use non-confidential feedback about Healinz to improve and communicate the brand without payment to you.
