Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site and information about how you interact with it. We call this automatically collected information “Device Information.”

How information is used
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information we collect to fulfil orders placed through the Site, including processing payment information, arranging shipping and providing invoices or order confirmations. We also use it to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud and, when consistent with the preferences you have shared, provide information or advertising about our products or services.
We use Device Information to help screen for potential risk and fraud, particularly through your IP address, and to improve and optimise the Site. This includes generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with it and assessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
Targeted advertising

Do not track
We do not alter the Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the information below.
If you are a European resident, we process your information to fulfil contracts we may have with you, such as an order through the Site, or to pursue the legitimate business interests described above. Your information may be transferred outside Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
